ABOUT LOUISE
Louise teaches Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga having fallen love with yoga over 15 years ago. Like many people she was first attracted by the flexibility and core strength benefits but stayed because she discovered the positive impact on her mental health. Louise helps clients to incorporate a dynamic 'moving meditation' into their schedule to tone and strengthen both body and mind.
Louise has trained with John Scott and Lucy Crawford.
Louise works with clients on a one-to-one basis as well as in small groups.
